Hi everyone! I know it’s been a while since I’ve last posted anything. Hell, it’s been so long that the format of WordPress has changed!
Life has been a crazy mess lately. Between Old Man Winter coming back for seconds, the depression that followed, and colds, I’m so ready for spring to get here.
Mentally, I’m doing okay. I feel like I’m coming back up from the depths of my depression. It’s a daily struggle, where I wake up and have to gauge how I feel. Some days, like today, I woke up motivated. Other days, like yesterday, I wake up and feel… blah. I know that’s pretty vague.
Physically, I’m starting to feel the impact my shitty diet has on me. It isn’t to say I’m eating shitty all of the time, but that one cheat meal a week has turned into a cheat meal a day. The rest of the day is fine, but that one meal a day is starting to fuck me up. I don’t even want to know what I weigh!
Now that the weather is getting better, I can start to plan my return to exercise. This gray, cold ass weather makes me feel like crap, so please let spring come now!
