That’s right! With some hard work, I managed to lost just under 6 pounds and over nine inches in four weeks. How? With Turbofire!
The last two weeks have been… interesting. I’ve written already about weeks one and two in their own posts. I had written up a review of week three, but decided to combine it with week four and do a first month review.
This week was pretty stressful for me. My best friend is pregnant and she has been in contact with me more than ever. This means staying up pretty late talking with her, sometimes until 2 or 3 in the morning. I’m an empath, so I’ve been feeling pretty hormonal. On top of that this was PMS week. Much chocolate was to be had.
Nutrition wise, I ate well during the day, but binged on chocolate and other sweet snacks at night. At the end of the week, I ended up 1,000 calories over budget.
I continued to do the workouts, usually taking the low impact option when I don’t feel like holding my girls (thanks, sports bra!).
At the end of the week, I still lost .6 pounds. I was pretty surprised at this.
Thanks to bad food decisions made the previous week, week four resulted in me skipping workouts. Although one time was because of a power outage (thanks, bad weather!), so that one wasn’t my fault.
Instead of six workouts, I did one of the HIITs and two weight lifting/yoga sessions.
Food wise, I did much better. I still ate a lot of chocolate, because mother nature is a bitch and my period came. I ended the week 1,300 calories under budget. I did better this week!
To my surprise I lost 2.6 pounds at the end of week 4.
Here are my starting stats:
Here are my stats at the end of the first month:
All in all, I lost 5.4 pounds and a total of 9.5 inches.
I will admit that I was a little disappointed at the amount of weight lost, but looking at the photos, I’ve lost more fat than the scale indicated. I’ve obviously gained muscle mass.
