Happy Wednesday! AKA Hump Day!!!

Today I decided to do something a little different and share my bucket list.

Until recently, I never really kept a definitive list, written or otherwise. But this last month changed all of that.

So here is my incomplete bucket list! It keeps growing.

  • Ride all of the rides at Cedar Point (I’m losing weight to do so)
  • Run a 5K
  • Run a 10K
  • Run a half marathon
  • Run a marathon
  • Participate in a triathlon
  • Plank a full minute
  • Do a full pullup
  • Become fully fluent (again) in German
  • Go sky diving
  • Go kayakingDone 7/30/16!
  • Hang from Toronto’s CN Tower
  • Climb the Eiffel Tower
  • Mardi Gras in New Orleans
  • Hang Glide
  • Ride a zip line
  • Climb Mount Everest
  • Road trip across the US
  • Visit every continent
  • Float in the Dead Sea
  • Publish a book
  • Do the splits
  • Reach my goal weight (40/135 pounds lost!)
  • Learn to roller skate
  • Learn to ice skate
  • Go scuba diving
  • Go skiing (water and downhill)
  • Trek the Inca Trail in South America
  • Learn to horseback ride
  • Paraglide
  • Learn to play chess
  • Pay a drink forward
  • Start my own business Started 4/1/17
  • See the Northern Lights
  • Learn a new instrument
  • Learn to ballroom dance
  • Learn self defense
  • Backpack across Europe
  • Live in a different country (non-English speaking preferably)

  • Learn sign language (started learning January 2017)
  • Visit a nudist resort
  • Donate hair for a cancer patient (Stopped dyeing and cutting in April 2015)
  • Rumspringa with the Amish
  • Climb the rope (like in gym class)
  • Go to space
  • Visit every state in the US (16/50)


So there it is! I’m working on many of them (currently growing my hair out to donate, working on doing the splits, spending time daily to keep learning German, etc) so I will update the list when they are complete.

Don’t allow yourself to fall into working your life away. There is so much more than physical items or money.

Just remember:

A job fills your pocket. An adventure fills your soul.
